Nicola qualified at the Middlesex Hospital in 1979. She initially gained a broad spectrum of experience but has developed a specialist interest in obstetrics and gynaecology.
Nicola has worked at Spire Clare Park since 1994 as the Women's Health Physiotherapy specialist treating women with problems resulting in weak or overstrong pelvic floor muscles, and weak core stability, traumatic delivery e.g. SI, UI, prolapses, urgency etc. Nicola is also experienced in treating men and women with bladder and bowel weaknesses.
