Mr Sabbagh was appointed as a consultant in 2005 at the internationally reputed Mount Vernon Plastic Surgery Centre which relocated to the Royal Free Hospital in London in 2006. He is currently the lead clinician in ear reconstruction for congenital and traumatic ear deformities. He receives referrals from all over the Uk in this highly specialised field. He has numerous publication, regularly presents his work worldwide and is considered the national expert on ear reconstruction
