Frimley Park Hospital
Miss Burton trained at Nottingham Medical School and began house jobs there in 1995. She carried out her basic surgical training at Frimley Park Hospital and progressed to surgical registrar training in the South West Thames Region. Miss Burton carried out two years of clinical research at the Royal Marsden Hospital to obstain her MS degree. She carried out her last 18 months of training at the Royal Surrey and Frimley Park Hospital with an emphasis on colorectal specialities and developing her laparoscopic skills. In April 2007, she was appointed as the Colorectal Consultant at Frimley Park Hospital.
