Background Information:

Mr Hull was educated in and attended medical school in Rutland. After qualifying in 1983, he went straight into the army and spent 16 years in uniform. Mr Hull started as a Medical Officer with a parachute unit and went on to train as an orthopaedic surgeon in Germany, America and Sheffield.

Mr Hull was appointed as a Consultant and Army Surgeon at Frimley Park Hospital, Surrey, in 1996. He subsequently left the army in 1999 but continued at Frimley Park with his busy NHS practice.

Mr Hull is a Fellow of the British Orthopaedic Association and a faculty member of the Richard Villar School of Hip Arthroscopy. His special interests in orthopaedic surgery are hip and knee disorders. Hip replacement including revisions, hip resurfacing (Birmingham Hip), knee arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, knee replacement and osteotomy are all operations he undertakes regularly.

Mr Hull is a successful target rifle shooter, representing Hampshire, England and Great Britain.
