Tennis and Golfers Elbow

Tennis elbow is a painful inflammatory condition associated with overuse around the elbow. The pain is felt over the origins of the muscle and extends laterally to the wrist and forearm.

The pain tends to worsen with loading and resistance exercises. Golfers elbow is similar to tennis elbow, however it can include the ulnar nerve which can cause numbness or weakness in the forearm and hands.
