I was appointed to Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from the Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham five years ago.I already had extensive experience of general orthopaedics, sports medicine and particularly spinal surgery, having spent two years training on the busy spinal unit.Since starting at Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Spire Cheshire Hospital I have continued my general orthopaedic and sports medicine practices, whilst developing a modern spinal service offering treatment ranging from pain management, through minimally invasive to major fusion and reconstructive surgery at all levels of the spine. Several research projects are now up and running.
