I played the lead role in the setting up and the provision of a comprehensive service in urogynaecology at Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. I offer a wide range of investigations (urodynamics), conservative (supervised pelvic floor exercises by dedicated physiotherapists) and surgical management (tension-free vaginal tape and colposuspension) for female urinary incontinence. I am actively involved in research in Urogynaecology. The research topics cover both the conservative and surgical management of female urinary incontinence. I accept referrals from my colleagues and general practitioners for simple and complex vaginal surgery for uterovaginal prolapse.
