I qualified in 1995 from Manchester Medical School and trained in general hospital medicine and as a GP in Manchester and Liverpool before joining the Mersey/Cheshire Radiology training scheme in 2002. I have been a Consultant Radiologist at Warrington Hospital since May 2007.

My workload covers all general areas of imaging. I have a particular interest in diseases of the breast and respiratory system. I participate in the provision of the National Breast Cancer Screening Programme locally and also report mammograms and scans of ladies with symptomatic breast problems.

I am married with an energetic young son. I enjoy watching most sports, particularly football and cricket and can still just about muster up the energy to play 5-a-side football once a week in Warrington. I am a Manchester United supporter and have followed them through thick and thin for the last 27 years. Foreign travel is another hobby of mine.
