New treatment for snoring at Spire Cheshire Hospital

Spire Cheshire Hospital is delighted to introduce a new treatment for snoring.

The injection snoreplasty procedure is carried out in our out-patient department under local anaesthetic by one of Consultant ENT Surgeons, Mr Nandapalan.

Mr Nandapalan initially see’s patients for consultation to assess their suitability for the treatment. The procedure is then carried out under local anaesthetic and involves an injection into the soft palate in the back of the mouth. It can improve snoring in about 70% of patients.

The treatment is available on a self pay basis at a cost of £300 per treatment.
