A new high tech scanner to help people with various sports injuries, lower limb and feet problems is now available at Spire Cheshire Hospital. The TOG Gaitscan scans the foot as you walk across the pressure plate and it maps your foot to see where you have too much or too little pressure. A report is then printed summarising the information, this helps the physiotherapist evaluate your foot function and determine whether the pain you are experiencing is related to faulty foot action.
