I have been providing specialist orthopaedic treatment in South Wales since 1996. I completed my initial training in India (gold medallist in M.S Orth degree exam). I undertook further training in Cardiff and Liverpool obtaining MCh (Orth) degree from Liverpool University.
I have been awarded the prestigious Senior International Fellowship by the British Elbow and Shoulder Society to visit centres of excellence around the world.
I have also previously been on a fellowship’s to Switzerland; received training in computer aided surgery in Hamburg and attended centres of excellence for knee surgery in the US, Europe and UK. I am a Royal College of Surgeons approved trainer in Acute Trauma Life Support,. I keep up to date with medical developments by regularly attending courses and conferences in the UK and abroad.
I have previously worked at the University Hospital of Wales and am currently an Orthopaedic consultant in the Cwm Taf Trust University Health Board.
