I graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2011 with a BSc Honours Degree in Physiotherapy. Following that I worked within the NHS and completed my core rotations for two years working for Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. At the same time I developed my knowledge and skills within the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy whilst working as a part-time academy physiotherapist for Cardiff City Football Club. I then took up a role as a Senior Physiotherapist working in Bristol where I developed my assessment and treatment skills working in a busy musculoskeletal outpatients department.
Since qualification I have completed a number of post-graduate courses in order to continually develop my assessment and treatment skills. These courses include Sports Massage, Pilates and Strength and Conditioning. I am soon to begin my Foundation Course in Acupuncture.
Outside of work I like to keep fit and active. My hobbies include road cycling, surfing, snowboarding and the gym.
Previous Foundation Degree in Sports Science and Injury Management. Post-graduate courses include Combined Movement manual therapy, APPI Pilates Matwork Level 1, Strength and Conditioning for Physiotherapists
