I graduated from Cambridge University and Guy’s and St. Thomas’ School of Medicine and then undertook general medicine training in London, Worthing and Oxford. I subsequently specialised in Immunology at University Hospital of Wales, and am on the GMC Specialist Register (4719197).

In 2010, I was appointed as a Consultant Clinical Immunologist at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board who provide Allergy and Immunology clinics for patients across South Wales. I have an MSc in Medical Immunology, and am currently completing my MD. My research interests include the use of microarray technology to improve the diagnosis of immunodeficiencies and allergies. I have presented at numerous meetings; local, national and international.

I am involved in representing my speciality at a national level. My roles include organising the national training days for doctors specialising in Immunology across the UK, chairing the Welsh Immunology Laboratory Network and I am the lead writer of the Clinical Immunology component of the curriculum for medical students across Wales.
