    Professional Profile
Mr Logan is a specialist hand, wrist and elbow surgeon.  His elective and trauma practice exclusively involves conditions and injuries affecting the hand, wrist and elbow.
This has been developed during six years of registrar training spending three of those years in specialist hand training posts.  The final year of training was at the Pulvertaft Hand Centre in Derby.  It is an internationally renowned centre of excellence where Mr Logan received advanced training in hand and wrist surgery.

From his appointment in 2007 as a Consultant Hand Surgeon Mr Logan has established a specialist surgical practice that is supported by a team of specialist hand therapists.
As a specialist Mr Logan reviews articles for the Journal of Hand Surgery prior to publication and has written chapters on wrist fractures for orthopaedic text books.  He receives tertiary referrals for hand conditions from his orthopaedic colleagues and hand surgeons from other hospitals in South Wales.

Ongoing research & training remains an integral part of his practice in order to be able to offer the most up to date and appropriate treatment for his patients.
