The Snow Active service at Progress offers an exclusive tailored programme for anybody who wants to be ready for their winter holiday on the slopes.
You need to make sure you get the most out of your winter holiday. That means preparing for your trip in advance and making sure you and your party are in good condition and are physically prepared for hitting the slopes.

The service includes a one off assessment with a Sports Physiotherapist and a Strength and Conditioning Coach to manage your mobility, endurance, function and robustness, at the end of the session you will be assigned a bespoke fitness plan to get you slope ready which includes up to 6 circuit training classes.
