Annabel will share her experience of goal-setting, leadership, focus, self-motivation, highs and lows of winning and losing and commitment to goals.
Our resident Strength and Conditioning coach at Progress will demonstrate rowing techniques demonstration on our specialist equipment. Mary is an ex international marathon runner, world rowing champion (2X) and world duathlon silver medalist.
March is Prostate Cancer UK awareness month .We are pleased to host this event in memory of John Stewart, a local rower .Donations on the night can be made to Prostate Cancer UK.
