Mr Coull's practice is solely as a foot and ankle surgeon. His areas of interest include arthroscopic surgery and keyhole (minimally invasive) bunion surgery and is happy to see all patients with foot and ankle problems.
Orthopaedic foot and ankle surgery is complicated by the fact that there are many bones, joints and soft tissue structures in the foot and ankle that can cause problems throughout life. Accurate diagnosis is essential. Often surgery is not necessary. The multidisciplinary team at Spire Bushey Hospital foot and ankle unit, can ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment in the large majority of patients, whether it be physiotherapy, podiatry, guided injections or surgery.
