Professional profile:
I initially specialised in internal medicine in South Africa, and then immigrated to the UK in 1995 to specialise in cardiology. I am a consultant cardiologist at Watford General Hospital and Hammersmith Hospital. My private practise is based at the Spire Bushey Hospital, with specialist echo procedures done at Watford General Hospital, and invasive/interventional cardiology done at The Wellington Hospital.

I am involved in all aspects of cardiology, including acute coronary syndromes, valvular heart disease, arrhythmias, heart failure, etc. My particular interests are interventional cardiology, echocardiography (including transoesophageal echocardiography), and pacemaker implantation.
Personal profile:
I am married, and have two daughters. I am an avid fly-fisherman, and enjoy rugby and rowing. My hobbies include computers, wine collection, and gourmet cooking.
