    Dr Husain was a Consultant Chest Physician at Maidstone Hospital, before relocating to this area. He has been working with Primary Care Trusts to develop care pathways for most chronic lung diseases, particularly COPD and chronic cough and has an ongoing involvement with their teaching programmes.

    Dr Husain aims to provide a comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic service utilising spirometry, oxygen assessment, chest aspirations/intubation and fibreoptic bronchoscopies.

    One of Dr Husain's roles has been that of Acute physician on call, and he is available to see patients at short notice.
