Professional profile:
I originally qualified at the University of Wales College of Medicine, Cardiff in 1988. In 1990, I moved to the London area to continue my training in a wide variety of hospitals within the North Thames area. More recently, I worked as a senior registrar in tertiary referral centres for liver disease (Royal Free Hospital) and pancreatobiliary disease (Middlesex Hospital). I am currently a consultant gastroenterologist and general physician at Watford General Hospital.

As at Watford, my clinical practice at Spire Bushey Hospital covers the investigation and management of all forms of gastrointestinal complaints. I have specialist interests in upper/lower gastrointestinal endoscopy and hepatobiliary disease.
Personal profile:
