Choosing Bristol as his base, Mr. Lee is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon treating patients with congenital (birth) deformity, traumatic injuries and cancer, offering both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. He is a frequent attendee of pioneering cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery meetings and conferences both in America and Europe, and is an invited expert lecturer for the BAAPS national cosmetic training programme and has been a tutor at the Royal College of Surgeons for several years. He lead the NHS South West Regional Plastic surgery Unit from 2010 -2015 and started the Plastic surgery and Burns Unit at the Bristol Children Hospital in 2014.

During this time, he volunteered his services and vast experience for free, traveling around the world with Medicine Sans Frontieres as a surgeon to help save the lives of men, women and children who were ill or injured in war torn countries such as Papua New Guinea, Somalia and Ethiopia.
