    Professional profile:

    I have been a consultant dermatologist for over 10-years.  I started at the Royal United Hospital in Bath and in 2010 moved to North Bristol NHS Trust where I am specialty lead for dermatology. I am working closely with plastic surgery colleagues to develop an integrated skin cancer service for Bristol.

    My NHS practice comprises a mixture of skin cancer work and general dermatology which includes acne, eczema and psoriasis treatment. I am a Senior Clinical Lecturer in Dermatology at the University of Bristol and am involved in teaching GPs, dermatology trainees and medical students.

    I have published 18 peer-reviewed articles on a variety of dermatology topics and have co-authored a book on acne which has been translated into several languages. 

     

    Personal profile:

    I live in Bristol and spend most of my free time with my young family enjoying playing a variety of sports including swimming, golf and tennis.  I am a keen photographer and am currently learning to use editing software for photographs and video.
