A multi-million pound building programme at Bristol Spire Hospital has enabled Wallace House Health Centre to relocate from Pembroke Road, to purpose built accommodation in The Glen at the top of Blackboy Hill, Clifton.
The health centre provides expert advice and treatment to women of all ages. It handled more than 30,000 appointments during its five years in Pembroke Road – covering everything from pregnancy scans to amniocentesis screening tests.
A hospital spokesman said: “The health centre will continue to provide the highest quality assessment and treatment for fertility and other gynaecological problems as well as all the other services offered at Pembroke House.
“We offer the most up to date care for women with a range of women’s health conditions including miscarriages, polycystic ovarian syndrome, fibroids, endometriosis and premature menopause.”
The health centre also provides specialist plastic surgery including cosmetic breast surgery and facial surgery. Cosmetic surgery is also available for nose, face, eyes, ears, breasts and body – as well as treatments for non-surgical procedure including minimally invasive injectables and fillers.
