Spire Alexandra Hospital, between Maidstone and Chatham in Kent, can provide paediatric surgery for children from the age of 3 to 16 years old.
Spire Alexandra Hospital provides children's services of the highest quality

Our service offers a wide range of treatments and operations - all available in the comfort of your local, clean, private hospital. Common medical conditions we're able to treat range from tonsillectomy to grommets, hernias to in-growing toenails.
Young patients at Spire Alexandra Hospital are seen by a paediatric (children's) specialist consultant within their chosen area of specialty - whether it be ENT, General, Urology, Orthopaedic, Ophthalmology or Dermatology.
We know that when children need to come in to hospital, it can be a very anxious time for the whole family - that's why we offer children and their families an all-important opportunity to visit the hospital prior to admission, become familiar with the surroundings and meet the experts who will be involved in their care.
Paediatric surgery is led by nurse Donna Oldham, who has over 10 years experience working in both the NHS and private hospitals.
When a child comes in to hospital for a surgical procedure, they will stay in a private en-suite room with a TV. The rooms are large enough to accomodate a parent wishing to stay overnight.
