    Mr Blair was appointed as Consultant Plastic & Hand Surgeon at the Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead in 2001. Prior to this he completed his specialist plastic and hand surgical training in the UK before undertaking a one year specialist fellowship at the internationally renowned Kleinert Institute for Hand and Microsurgery in the USA.

    He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons with specialist registration in Plastic Surgery, a Fellow of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and is a member of the British Society for Surgery of the Hand.

    His clinical practice covers all aspects of routine and emergency hand surgery and he maintains an interest in general plastic surgery.

    Mr Blair is actively involved in training and lecturing to trainee hand surgeons and his work involves clinical research which has been published in international literature on different aspects of hand surgery.
