Cancer Surgery
Many of the consultant surgeons at Spire Alexandra Hospital specialise in cancer surgery. Your consultant surgeon will be with you throughout your journey, from your first out-patient visit to your aftercare and recovery plan. Our most recent appointment to this service is an oncoplastic consultant specialising in reconstructive breast surgery and sentinel node biopsy helping to reduce the risk of debilitating lymphoedema (swelling) in patients with breast cancer.
You will be looked after in your own private room and cared for by our experienced nursing team, who will do everything they can to make your recovery as comfortable as possible.
