Spire hospitals excel on the friend and family test

Data released in July 2013 by NHS England shows Spire hospitals are ranked by patients as being among the very best in England following publication of results for the friends and family test.
In June 2013 93% of patients treated at a Spire hospital said they would recommend Spire to their family and friends.  The score is calculated using a proportion of patients who would strongly recommend minus those who would not recommend, or who are indifferent.
Our 93% score means Spire is one of the UK’s most favoured providers of hospital treatment.
The friends and family test has been introduced to help the NHS identify high performing hospitals and encourage staff to make improvements where services do not live up to patients’ expectations.

Requesting a copy of your medical records
