90% of patients think the quality of service at Spire Healthcare is 'excellent' or 'very good', according to an annual independent survey. The figure is an increase of 3 percentage points since 2009.
Consultants who practice at Spire hospitals are also pleased with the quality of service, with 71% rating it 'excellent' or 'very good' - an increase of 5 percentage points since 2009.
