Mr Taylor graduated from Leeds in 1980. He worked in Liverpool and then Newcastle upon Tyne before returning to Merseyside. Whilst working in Liverpool he developed his skills in ultrasound scanning applied across the spectrum of obstetrics and gynaecology.
