Mr Laing graduated from the University College Hospital, London in 1975. He then travelled and worked in Australia returning to train in orthopaedic surgery in London and Liverpool, as clinical lecturer. Whilst at Liverpool he completed his foot and ankle speciality training under Professor Klenerman.

His specialism covers all aspects of foot and ankle surgery, including the treatment of sports injuries, conditions relating to rhuematoid arthritis and ankle joint replacement. He is actively involved in clinical research and is a member of the UK and European editorial boards for published articles related to his specialist field. Mr Laing is available for consultation on Wednesday mornings.
Personal profile:

Mr Laing enjoys time at home with his wife, two children and various animals. He enjoys golf and tennis in an attempt to keep vaguely fit.
