Mr Fahmy S Fahmy, FRCSI (plast) has been Consultant Plastic, Cosmetic, Reconstructive and Hand surgeon since 2001. Mr Fahmy started training in Plastic Surgery in 1991 in the South East of England then Yorkshire. He continued his training in the South West of England, before becoming a consultant in 2001 in Chester, Cheshire.

Mr Fahmy is a full member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (BAPRAS), and the British Society for Surgery of the Hand (BSSH).

Mr Fahmy is an examiner of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He is included in the specialist register established by the GMC in 1995. Mr Fahmy has published numerous literature in the field of Plastic Surgery and presented his work in National, European and International conferences. He described his own technique in breast reduction that is opted by many surgeons now.

His breast reduction technique was published in Plastic Reconstructive Surgery American journal as well as constituting a chapter in one of the American books on breast surgery published in 2009.
