Here at the Murrayfield we aim to keep the local community up-to-date with what is happening. It is our personal goal to ensure that we keep the patient at the heart of our service by inviting our patients in to help us improve not only our clinical services but also our hospital environment.
We started our campaign by using the Heswall Magazine to introduce you, our community, to the recently appointed Hospital Director, Alison Da Silva and myself as Matron, Roma Holland.
Together we bring to the hospital many years of clinical experience in both the management of a hospital as well as in the clinical field. The Matron’s Blog is another vital link to tell our patients, consultants, GPs as well as our staff what is happening in a more timely fashion or what they now refer to as “real time”! I hope you will find the brief updates useful and informative.
The Blog will not only provide you with information about new services, new appointments and consultant events but it will give you an opportunity to discuss any of the issues posted on the blog with the Matron.
