Essex's Spire Wellesley Hospital in Southend provides private paediatric care for children between the ages of 3 and16 years.

If your child is between 3 and 16 years old and needs hospital treatment, we like to think there is no better place to come than the Wellesley


We have registered nurses for sick children working together with Consultants from areas such as Ear Nose and Throat, orthopaedics, urology, general and plastic surgery and general paediatric medicine to ensure the very best care available.

We also have paediatrically trained anaesthetists who work alongside the surgical specialists to provide the most comprehensive care for your child.

X-ray, ultrasound, MRI and CT scanning are also available on-site if required.

Ask your GP to refer your child to Spire Wellesley Hospital.
