Professional profile:
I have been a Consultant Urologist for over 12 years and have worked at Sunderland Royal Hospital, North Tyneside Hospital and Freeman Hospital Newcastle.  In addition to providing general urological care, which includes management of renal/ureteric and testicular pathologies and problems related to prostatic hypoplasia, I have a special interest in the management of lower urinary tract dysfunction with symptoms comprising urinary frequency, nocturia, and urge and stress related urinary incontinence.

I specialise in the management of complex stone surgery and all types of urinary incontinence, including patients who might benefit from the implantation of a permanent neuroprosuesis for their voiding dysfunction.

I also perform laparoscopic urological surgery such as nephrectomy, renal cyst excision and dismembered pyeloplasty. I provide mentorship and training for complex laparoscopic urological surgery.

I provide microscopic vasectomy reversal operations for male infertility.
