Background Information 
Professional profile:
I graduated from Edinburgh University in 1994. I did house jobs in Edinburgh before moving to Newcastle for SHO jobs. I gained a place on the Northern Region Spr Training programme gaining successful CCST and entry on the Specialist Register in 2004.

I spent 2 years in research with Prof Mike Bramble looking at the delays in the diagnosis of upper GI cancer. Current areas of interest are endoscopy and capsule endoscopy (I am part of the faculty on The European Capsule Endoscopy Course). I also currently provide the regional Double balloon enteroscopy.
