    I have been working as a consultant psychiatrist since 1985. I have been practicing cognitive behaviour therapy since 2004. I started working in the NHS in 2004. I like to work collaboratively with patients and referrers.

    I provide a combination of pharmacology and cognitive behaviour therapy so that my patients do not have to go to another therapist for talking treatment.
    Personal profile:
    I enjoy swimming, yoga, meditation and travelling. I have written extensively in lay press on topics related to mental health. I have participated extensively in TV shows and radio talks aimed at mental health education and promoting positive mental health in India
