At Spire Washington Hospital customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we conduct bi-annual surveys (conducted by an independent party*) to keep up-to-date with how our patients rate our service.

When asked if “Staff really went out of their way to make a difference to your stay’’ 98% of our surveyed patients answered either ‘Strongly agree’ or ‘agree’, and 85% of our patients would recommend us to their family or friends.
