    Harry Belcher was appointed as Consultant Plastic and Hand Surgeon based at the Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead in 1993 where he serves as a Clinical Director. His undergraduate and general surgical training was based at the Middlesex Hospital. His training in plastic surgery was based in Norwich and at East Grinstead and was completed by a Fellowship in Hand Surgery.   His practice is confined to hand surgery.  In the past, he has been a member of the Council of the BSSH, he has served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Hand Surgery and been the Convenor of the Advanced Hand Surgery Course at the Royal College of Surgeons.
    Personal profile:
    He was brought up in London and was educated at Sunningdale Preparatory School and Eton College. He is married and has three children. His hobbies are skiing, photography and those that relate to village life and the countryside.
