Professional profile:
I obtained a degree in Podiatry from University College London and a Masters degree from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. My research was in gait analysis of patients undergoing total knee replacements and organisms involved in infection of diabetic foot ulcers.
My practice specialises in biomechanics and the analysis of gait, I treat a wide range of biomechanical problems including running and other sports injuries resulting from poor foot function. My work includes treating armed forces personnel with a variety of injuries. I also treat track and field athletes including distance runners. Examples of conditions I am capable of treating effectively are Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles tendonopathy's and shin splints as well as mechanical back pain and mechanical knee pain, Ingrowing toenail surgery.
