Children in hospital If your child is coming into hospital for an operation, we will invite you to bring them for a pre-admission visit. We appreciate how worrying it can be for parents to be separated from their child. So we are always pleased to arrange for you to stay overnight in your child's room.
Information for visitors We welcome visitors, including children, and our flexible visiting hours mean that you can drop in whenever you want, provided the care team feels your relative or friend isn't too tired or unwell.
Quality of care At Spire Healthcare our reputation is built on our ability to provide the service you want and need, resulting in excellent medical treatment you can rely on and personal care you'll appreciate.
Customers with disabilities Spire Healthcare takes its responsibilities under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) as employers (Part II), and service providers (Part III) very seriously.
Hospital performance information Spire Healthcare want to help patients and their GPs make informed choices when it comes to choosing healthcare. That is why we publish performance information for each hospital including patient satisfaction survey results and MRSA rates.
Patient feedback and complaints If you feel your hospital visit was a particularly positive experience, we would be delighted to hear from you. However, if you are unhappy with our facilities or service we want to know about it as soon as possible so we can investigate the situation.
