In the survery period June - September 2007:

  • we sent out 475 questionnaires
  • we received 149 questionnaires back from patients
  • we got a response rate of 30 percent

The survey included both day-case and in-patients, including those who have private medical insurance, those who pay for treatment themselves and those whose treatment is funded by the National Health Service.
