Who can use The Insight Network?
The Insight Network is open to everybody, and you can access our services through private medical insurance or pay for it yourself. In some cases, your company may pay for our services directly.

Using your private medical insurance
You will usually need a letter of referral from your GP if you wish to claim under a private medical insurance policy,
Once you have been referred, please contact your insurer for an authorisation number prior to your first appointment, and include this on our client registration form. Please note that if you do not provide us with this information you will be required to pay the fee due on the day of treatment yourself.
Self funding
If you are funding your own treatment a GP referral is not a requirement, however it is good clinical practice which we encourage. If you would prefer to visit us without a GP referral our staff can assess your situation and advise on treatment options.
There is a fee for each session. We accept cheques and debit card payments. For more information on prices please contact customers services on 0845 601 4134.
Cancellations
A cancellation policy is in operation at our clinics. If you cannot make an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Contact customer services on 0845 601 4134. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the professional consultation fee. This is not met by insurers.
Confidentiality
Your personal information will be stored on a secure database in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988. Your data may be used to improve our services, but no identifiable information will be used.
