John is an experienced gynaecologist and is capable of doing almost all gynaecological surgical procedures. He His special interests include colposcopy, gynaecology cancer surgery for endometrial disease and pelvic floor surgery. He has no experience or interest in IVF technology.
John trained in some of the major teaching institutions in London and finshed his training at the John Radcliffe in Oxford. He worked as a consultant at Heatherwood and Wexham Park from 1992 to 2011 to concentrate on his provate practice and other personal and family commitments.

John Fairbank has worked as a consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Wexham Park and Heatherwood Hospitals for the NHS and at local private hospitals since 1992. He remains happily married to Moira with 3 sons who are at work, university and school! John has many hobbies and interests including gardening, golf, fishing, and plays the saxophone badly.
