Clinical Specialist Podiatrist (biomechanics) for Eastern & Coastal Kent NHS PCT based in Dover Health Centre.

Mrs Nicola Condie was in the first cohort of podiatrists in the UK to qualify with an honours degree in podiatry from the Leaf Hospital which is now part of Brighton University. 
Her research was involved in validating the use of the Kistler force platform as a clinical tool, using pre and post operative total knee replacement patients and she continues to be interested in the use of tools that allow clinicians to more accurately assess the patients mechanics dynamically.

Mrs Nicola Condie's role in the NHS has enabled her to encompass technological developments in the area of gait analysis which in turn has enriched clinical knowledge and experience in providing better treatment and outcomes for patients. 

She brings over 15 years experience in the field and keeps her knowledge current and up to date by regularly attending conferences, reading journals and following the Podiatry arena forum on-line.

Working in the NHS, the patients Mrs Nicola Condie treats are as varied as the problems they present with, so she has developed the skills to treat podiatric problems including in growing toenails, corns/callus, ulcerations  to sports injuries, heel pain, knee and ankle pain.

Mrs Nicola Condie  enjoys water sports and is qualified as a sub aqua diver, which she achieved at the age of 16. 

She has two children so much of her spare time is spent encouraging them in participating in sporting activities.
Mrs Condie enjoys keeping fit including visits to the gym, body combat and boxercise

When time allows Mrs Nicola Condie enjoys more creative pursuits like jewellery making, embroidery and children's birthday cake design.
