Vestibular Rehabilitation available from St Saviour's Physiotherapy team

Spire St Saviour's Hopsital has a team of highly skilled physiotherapists who offer a full range of services to in patients and also have a well established out patient service. The team are known for their professionalism and experience in supporting and aiding the recovery from major hip and knee replacement surgery and now they have added a new service.

Vestibular rehabilitation therapy is designed for patients who suffer from a number of conditions but the main conditions which would benefit from this treatment are:

  • Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV)
  • Menieres disease
  • Labyrinthitis
  • Vestibular neuritis

The new service will provide patients with an assessment and rehabilitation for vestibular disorders and patients will be able to either self refer or be referred by their GP or Consultant.
