Mr Anandaram graduated from Kerala University in India. He obtained a Masters Degree in General Surgery from Calicut University. He worked as a tutor in Surgery at Calicut Medical College, India before coming to the UK.

He has undertaken further training in surgery and urology in UK. He obtained FRCS Ed and Dip Urol (London) and was appointed as Consultant Urological Surgeon at Halton 1995. He moved to Wrexham in 1998.
