Mr David Higgs graduated locally from the University of Southampton in 1994 and progressed through basic surgical training in Wessex, Bristol and Plymouth. Mr Higgs returned to Wessex for Higher Surgical Training in 2003. He is fellowship trained in hip surgery and commenced his consultant post in 2009 at Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust and is currently the Trauma Lead for the department.
Mr David Higgs was schooled at the John Hampden Grammar School for Boys in High Wycombe. He is married with 2 children and enjoys running, gardening and work!
