Dr Catriona Henderson undertook her medical training at Sheffield University Medical School, which was followed by general dermatological training in the Midlands and Yorkshire. She then commenced a consultant dermatology post at York District Hospital in 1995. She moved down to Southampton in 2000 to take over the organisation of the surgical work in the dermatology department and is now lead Clinician for skin cancer for Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust. Her special interests are skin cancer, dermatological surgery and dermoscopy.
Dr Catriona Henderson has one daughter and her main hobbies are reading, skiing and kayaking.
