The New Year, New You, Women's Health and Wellbeing open afternoon at Spire Southampton Hospital is an opportunity to have a free confidential chat with experts in women's health and well being. Healthcare professionals will be available to talk about:
- dietary advice service providing personal diets and exercise programmes
- cosmetic surgical and non-surgical treatments
