I am head of Department of Neuroradiology in Edinburgh with fifteen years of experience as a consultant reporting MRI and CT. I developed interventional neuroradiology for the treatment of acute strokes with thrombolysis, aneurysms with coils and balloons and arterio vascular malfunction with embolic materials.I am Senior Editor of Neuro Interventialist and have published over 100 scientific papers on MRI, CT and Intervention. I run the Scottish MRI Course.
Personal profile:
I have three children, all at Fettes College. I enjoy playing squash, golf and tennis. I like getting out into the countryside to our cottage in Perthshire. We usually go up in a big group and play silly games like "Cranium" or play football on the very lumpy lawn.
